Job summary

Northeast Arc is seeking Behavior Therapists for home-based ABA programs serving children aged 0 to 3 in Eastern Massachusetts. Join us at the Northeast Arc. We are currently looking for new and experienced Behavior Therapists to work in our home-based Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. We provide services in various locations throughout Eastern Massachusetts and offer services to individuals from 0 to 3 years old.

Northeast Arc’s ABA Services

Our ABA services provide a continuum of evidence-based direct care and services for children, teens, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Individualized treatment programs are developed by a Board-Certified Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LABA) based on assessments, consultation, and person-centered plans to meet the needs of the individuals served. Our Behavior Therapists work in a team environment alongside BCBAs, Early Intervention staff, families, and caregivers. Our programs facilitate interactions through Natural Environment Training and capitalize on organic opportunities for engagement using an evidence-based approach.

Behavior Therapists Will
  • Provide home-based support to individuals aged 0 to 3 years
  • Teach goals and skills as outlined in treatment plans and implement behavior strategies developed by the BCBA
  • Participate in clinical and non-clinical meetings, trainings, and supervisions
  • Complete session notes, data, and other paperwork
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of clients
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology or early childhood education required
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification may substitute for education requirements
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with flexibility
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, confidentiality-conscious, and professional
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle

Pay: $23-26/hr based on experience and education
