ICAN in Bellevue, WA, seeks a BT Team Lead to oversee a group of Behavior Technician staff and manage ABA treatment programs. The role covers supervision, onboarding, and mentoring in collaboration with the ABA Management Team to sustain program quality.

The BT Team Lead will conduct monthly check-ins, support recruitment, coordinate training needs, monitor RBT trainings, and ensure CBT applications are completed, while representing ICAN at events and guiding staff in clinical and administrative

Formación

• Minimum two years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders.
• Passing Background Screening and verification.
• Direct experience implementing services to children with autism.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains a caseload of clients appropriate to position, including direct intervention sessions.
• Oversee a group of Behavior Technicians; conduct monthly check-ins and address staff concerns.
• Assist in onboarding BT staff; coordinate first week schedule and training needs.
• Monitor progress on RBT trainings; ensure CBT applications are completed and tracked.
• Attend and represent ICAN at marketing and community events; lead team trainings.
