Job summary

Inner Circle Autism Network (ICAN) is seeking an experienced Assistant Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead clinical staff, oversee supervision, and maintain high-quality ABA services for children with autism.

The ACD will mentor BCBAs, supervise RBTs, manage fieldwork trainees, ensure payer and regulatory compliance, and drive outcomes while maintaining a limited clinical caseload. This role partners with Clinical Directors to shape program development and staff growth across ICAN clinics.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and active state licensure.
• Minimum 1 year 9 months of BCBA experience.
• Experience supervising BCBAs, RBTs, and fieldwork students.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to staff.
• Monitor and ensure payer and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee supervision of BCBA staff and fieldwork trainees.
• Support onboarding, interviews, and staff development.
• Maintain documentation quality and clinical outcomes.
