Job summary

ICAN is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our multidisciplinary team in Bellevue, WA. You will manage a caseload of 8–10 clients and implement neurodiversity-affirming ABA techniques in collaboration with speech, occupational, physical therapists, and psychologists.

You will conduct assessments, submit semi-annual re-evaluations, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records while providing parent training and ongoing feedback to BTs and RBTs. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with children with autism spectrum disorders
  • Background check and verification required
  • Experience implementing ABA methodologies with autism

Responsibilities

  • Maintain caseload of approximately 8–10 clients
  • Implement neurodiversity-affirming ABA techniques
  • Conduct assessments
  • Submit semi-annual re-evaluations and track progress toward goals
  • Maintain compliant clinical and administrative records (HIPAA)
  • Provide parent training and collaborate with speech, OT, PT, and psychology teams
  • Provide clear feedback and trainings to BTs and RBTs

Your Role
  • Maintenance of standard BCBA responsibilities related to case management - caseload of approximately 8-10 clients
  • Implement neurodiversity affirming and compassionate ABA therapeutic techniques
  • Conduct assessments
  • Submit semi-annual re-evaluations and ensure progress across goals
  • Maintain clinical and administrative records in accordance with professional standards and HIPAA guidelines
  • Provide parent training and engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and psychologists
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback and trainings to BTs and RBTs
Requirements
  • Current Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism spectrum and related disorders, required experience in ABA
  • Passing background screening and verification
  • Direct experience implementing ABA methodologies to children with autism
