Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is seeking an ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) to join our Rising Stars program in North Carolina. The role focuses on early intervention for children ages 18 months to 13 years, with supervision hours toward BCBA certification and structured study support.

Participants will benefit from no-cost supervision hours, pass bonuses, tuition discounts, and extensive educational resources while progressing through leadership tracks and a BCBA salary

Qualifications

Allied with a Master's program, ongoing fieldwork hours completed and enrollment verified.
Eligibility to accrue supervision hours under BCBA supervision.
Excellent data collection and treatment planning skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for young children.
Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
Develop clinical skills under supervision of a BCBA.
Collaborate with BCBA and team to uphold ABC core values.
Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
