Job summary

Action Behavior Centers invites applications for the ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) to join our Rising Stars program in North Carolina. You will gain supervised fieldwork hours while pursuing your master’s degree and begin building hands-on intervention skills in a center-based setting.

You'll work toward becoming a BCBA with structured training, data-driven treatment planning, and collaboration with our team of experienced clinicians.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited master's program is required.
• Proof of 85% fieldwork hours (1700/2000).
• All Restricted hours completed.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 13 years old)
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborating with BCBA's and our team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC's core values
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
