Action Behavior Centers in Charlotte, NC is seeking an ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) to support early intervention therapy under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, contribute to individualized treatment plans, and develop clinical skills while advancing toward BCBA certification.

The program offers structured study groups, no-cost supervision hours, and opportunities to progress along our leadership tracks, with a strong emphasis on hands-on learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Proof of enrollment in an accredited masters program.
• 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000 hours) as required.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping the minds of kiddos aged 18 months to 13 years.
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborating with BCBAs and team members.
• Allocating 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
• Sitting for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
