Action Behavior Centers in Texas is seeking an ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) to join our Rising Stars program. This role supports center-based early intervention therapy for children with autism, under BCBA supervision, with a clear path toward BCBA certification.

The position offers guaranteed hours, structured study, and supportive benefits designed to help you progress toward licensure and a BCBA salary upon passing the exam.

Qualifications

• Proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
• 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000).
• All restricted hours completed.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping the minds of kids aged 18 months to 13 years old.
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
