Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism in Charlotte, NC seeks an ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) to support center-based early intervention therapy and data-driven treatment planning for children aged 18 months to 13 years.

Eligible candidates are BTs or RBTs pursuing supervision hours who will grow under BCBA supervision, participate in leadership tracks, and complete BDS modules while benefiting from extensive in-house CEUs and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Student Analyst enrolled in an accredited master's program.
• Must have completed 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping the minds of kiddos aged 18 months to 13 years.
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborating with BCBA's and team members aligned with ABC's core values.
• Allocating 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
• Sitting for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
