Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Master’s level Student Analyst for its Rising Stars program. You will accumulate supervision hours while participating in early intervention therapy in center-based settings.

Join ABC to work with BCBA supervision, complete fieldwork hours, and progress along leadership tracks. This role emphasizes data collection, treatment planning support, and completing BACB exam prep within six months.

Qualifications

• Accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours) as a Student Analyst.
• All Restricted hours completed.
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 13 years old).
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborating with BCBA’s and our team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
