Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking an ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) in Raleigh to provide early intervention therapy and support BCBA supervision. You will collect data, implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with our team while preparing for the BACB exam within six months of joining.

The role requires enrollment in an accredited Master's program and at least 85% of fieldwork hours completed. This position offers guaranteed hours and pathways to BCBA advancement.

Qualifications

• Student Analyst has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000hours).
• All Restricted hours completed.
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping the minds of kiddos ages 18 months to 13 years old.
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborating with BCBA's and our team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC's core values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
