Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Scottsdale seeks an ABA Student Analyst (Master’s Level) to support early intervention programs. You will collect data, implement individualized treatment plans, and build clinical skills under BCBA supervision as part of our Rising Stars pathway.

Ideal candidates are BT/RBT pursuing supervision hours, enrolled in an accredited master’s program, and ready to commit to center-based therapy for children aged 18 months to 13 years.

Qualifications

• Data collection proficiency is expected for monitoring progress and outcomes.
• Enrollment in an accredited masters program is required.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 13 years old).
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborating with BCBA's and the team to live ABC's core values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
