Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Master’s level Student Analyst to join our Rising Stars program. You will gain supervised experience in center-based early intervention, work with children ages 18 months to 13 years, and advance toward BCBA certification while receiving structured support and benefits.

Guaranteed hours with a weekly 32–40 hour schedule, progression opportunities, and education benefits are part of the package as you prepare for examinations and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Student Analyst must be enrolled in accredited master's program.
• 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000).
• All Restricted hours completed.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping the minds of kiddos aged 18 months to 13 years.
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Allocating 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
