Action Behavior Centers in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) to provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting and support children aged 18 months to 13 years. You will collect data and implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

You must be enrolled in a accredited master's program and have completed 85% of fieldwork hours. This role offers strong career growth through our Rising Stars program and BCBA pathway.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited master's program.
• 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000).
• All Restricted hours completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Support children ages 18 months to 13 years.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Develop clinical skills under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with the BCBA team and uphold ABC values.
• Allocate 8 hours weekly to BDS modules.
• Prepare for the BACB exam within 6 months.
