Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Student Analyst (Master's Level) to support early intervention therapy in a center-based setting. You will work with young children (18 months to 13 years) to collect data and implement individualized treatment plans, while developing clinical skills under supervision.

The role includes dedicated study time for BDS modules, opportunities to progress through a leadership track, and eligibility for a BCBA pathway with competitive support and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000)
• All Restricted hours completed
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited masters program

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Shape minds of children aged 18 months to 13 years
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans
• Develop clinical skills under BCBA supervision
• Collaborate with BCBA and team aligned to ABC values
• Allocate 8 hours per week for BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining
