Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking ABA Student Analysts to gain hands-on experience in ABA under BCBA supervision. The role involves direct service delivery with children with autism and developmental disabilities, and completing required fieldwork hours while contributing to data collection and program development.

You will work in home, clinic, and community settings, participate in supervision, and support families with evidence-based behavior change plans within an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• BACB Registered Behavior Technician certification.
• Graduate student in ABA pursuing BCBA certification for at least 6 months.
• Ability to work with children birth to 21 and families at risk.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and preference assessments under supervision.
• Develop and modify BIPs and goals aligned with client needs and evidence-based practices.
• Collect, analyze data; prepare progress reports and modify treatment plans.
• Attend regular clinical supervision meetings with a BCBA or supervisor.
• Maintain detailed client records and documentation per policy.
• Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention in home, clinic, or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and behavior reduction plans as designed by the BCBA.
• Ensure confidentiality and ethics compliance; collaborate with families.
