Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking an ABA Student Analyst to gain hands-on experience in behavioral analysis with children diagnosed with developmental disabilities. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, conducting assessments, data collection, and implementing individualized intervention plans in home or clinic settings.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required (BACB).
• Graduate student pursuing BCBA with minimum 6 months in program.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting FBAs and other assessments under supervision.
• Develop and modify BIPs and treatment goals with BCBA guidance.
• Collect and analyze data; prepare progress reports.
• Attend supervision meetings to review progress and competencies.
• Maintain accurate client records per policy.
• Provide one-on-one direct behavioral interventions in multiple settings.
