Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism seeks a Master’s level Student Analyst to support data-driven early intervention for children aged 18 months to 13 years. You’ll work under BCBA supervision, develop clinical skills, and contribute to individualized treatment plans in a center-based setting.

Expect structured study groups, access to BCBA pass support, and pathways toward leadership roles within ABC’s growing network.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited masters program.
• 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000 hours).
• All restricted hours completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Develop clinical skills under supervision of a BCBA.
• Allocate 8 hours per week to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining.
