Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is seeking a Master’s-level ABA Student Analyst to support early intervention in a center-based setting. You will collect data, implement individualized treatment plans, and develop clinical skills under BCBA supervision while collaborating with a team that shares ABC’s core values.

The program emphasizes a BCBA career trajectory, with guaranteed supervision hours, study groups, and opportunities to advance toward Clinical Director roles.

Qualifications

• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program.
• Student Analyst has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
• All Restricted hours completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Work with children aged 18 months to 13 years.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Develop clinical skills under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBA team and other staff.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining.
