Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Master's-level Student Analyst to provide center-based early intervention therapy for children aged 18 months to 13 years. You will collect data, implement individualized treatment plans, and develop clinical skills under BCBA supervision in a collaborative team focused on compassionate care.

As part of the Rising Stars program, you will have structured study groups, tuition discounts, and generous hours with a clear pathway toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000 hours).
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited Master’s program.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Work with children ages 18 months to 13 years.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Develop clinical skills under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and the team to uphold ABC values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week to BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining.
