Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks a Master's-level Student Analyst for a Rising Stars program. You will provide center-based early intervention therapy for children ages 18 months to 13 years, collect data, and implement individualized plans under supervision.

You will develop clinical skills, collaborate with BCBA colleagues, and allocate time weekly for BDS modules while preparing for the BACB exam within six months.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in accredited master’s program with focus on ABA or related field.
• Completed 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000).
• All Restricted hours completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Work with children aged 18 months to 13 years old.
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Develop clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBA and the team to uphold ABC values.
• Allocate 8 hours per week for BDS modules; sit for BACB exam within 6 months.
