Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) seeks an ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) to support center-based early intervention therapy and supervise-hours progression. This role collaborates with BCBAs and focuses on data-driven treatment for young children.

You'll work with ages 18 months to 13 years, develop clinical skills under supervision, and prepare for the BACB exam within six months, in a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Student Analyst has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
• All Restricted hours completed
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Shaping the minds of keikis aged 18 months to 13 years
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborating with BCBA and team to uphold ABC values
• Allocating 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules
• Sitting for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining their team
