Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism in Schaumburg, IL seeks a Master's level Student Analyst to support early intervention programs. You’ll work under BCBA supervision, collecting data, implementing treatment plans, and developing clinical skills while collaborating with our team.

This role offers growth toward BCBA certification, no-cost supervision hours, study groups, and opportunities to advance within ABC. Enrollment in a master’s program and fieldwork progress required.

Qualifications

• 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000hours)
• All Restricted hours completed
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Shaping minds of kiddos aged 18 months to 13 years
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Developing clinical skills under supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborating with BCBA’s and team to live ABC’s core values
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team
