Action Behavior Centers is seeking an ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) in Naperville, IL, to provide center-based early intervention therapy for children aged 18 months to 13 years. You will collect data, implement individualized treatment plans, and develop clinical skills under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Masters student in a eligible program with focus on ABA or behavior analysis.
• Experience collecting and analyzing behavioral data is a plus.
• Ability to adhere to supervision hours and BCBA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 13 years old)
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborating with BCBA’s and our team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
