Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is seeking a Masters-level ABA Student Analyst to support early intervention services in a center-based setting. You will collect data, help develop individualized treatment plans, and work under the supervision of a BCBA to gain supervision hours.

This program offers a clear path to BCBA certification, with structured leadership tracks and ongoing study support.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited master's program in ABA or a related field.
• Completion of 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000).
• Proof of enrollment and completion of restricted hours required.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy under supervision by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data to support individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Allocate 8 hours per week to BDS modules and study groups.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
• Collaborate with BCBA and clinical team to ensure high-quality care.
