Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks a Master’s level Student Analyst to support early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 13 years. You will collect data, implement treatment plans, and develop clinical skills under BCBA supervision.

This program provides guaranteed hours, avenues to BCBA salary, and extensive benefits including tuition discounts, CEU support, student loan assistance, and career advancement tracks within ABC.

Qualifications

• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program.
• 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000 hours).
• All Restricted hours completed.

Responsibilities

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
• Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (18 months to 13 years).
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborating with BCBA’s and our team of like-minded individuals.
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules.
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
