United Care ABA-New York is hiring a Client Support Specialist to assist families and providers after intake, ensuring smooth communication, organization, and continuity of care.

Based in our Brooklyn-area office, you’ll serve as a steady point of contact, coordinate authorizations, and help keep case records up to date while supporting the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Experience in care coordination, case management, or healthcare administration.
• ABA experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communicator with families and providers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for families once services begin
• Support families with clear, compassionate communication
• Monitor authorizations and ensure services remain within approved hours
• Track documentation and follow up with providers for missing items
• Assist with provider scheduling changes, coverage needs, and continuity of care
• Coordinate with BCBAs and internal teams to resolve case-related needs
• Help maintain accurate case records in CentralReach
• Monitor ongoing case timelines and flag issues needing support
• Support families with questions and guidance throughout services
