Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

Responsibilities include providing ABA therapy, following treatment plans, collecting session data, supporting skill development, and sharing progress with the clinical team. Flexible scheduling and ongoing supervision are available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
