Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. You will provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, follow treatment plans, collect session data, and share progress with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
