Job summary

Circle Care Services seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

You will provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect data, and support skill development while benefiting from flexible scheduling and ongoing feedback. Active RBT certification and a commitment to safety and reliability are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• High school diploma required.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
