Job summary

Frontera seeks a mission-driven Community & Referral Development Lead to grow pediatric behavioral health access across New Mexico. You will design and execute community and business development strategies to drive referrals for FDx evaluations and ABA services by building relationships with pediatricians, schools, clinics, and practices.

This role sits within FronteraCare and collaborates with clinical and operations teams to translate outreach into care on the ground.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare, behavioral health, community development, business development, partnerships, or outreach.
• Proven track record in driving growth through strategic relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized and self-motivated in fast-moving environments.
• Demonstrated cultural awareness and adaptability across NM's diverse communities.
• Passionate about improving access to care for families and children.
• Experience launching new markets, programs, or partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a creative market strategy to drive referral volume into FDx evaluations and ABA services in NM clinics.
• Conduct market research to understand referral dynamics and partnership opportunities in target regions.
• Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, clinics, early intervention programs, and schools.
• Lead new market launches in New Mexico by cultivating partnerships and building brand awareness.
• Partner with clinical, operations, marketing, and intake teams to ensure referrals convert and inform strategy.
• Track performance against referral-volume and network-build metrics and iterate accordingly.
• Leverage technology and marketing tools to broaden Frontera's reach and brand presence.
