Job summary

Wall Residences is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA interventions in clinic, home, and community settings around Roanoke and Salem, Virginia. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans and document client progress.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; an RBT credential or completion of the 40-hour training with competency assessment within 6 months of hire is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must be able to follow supervision and behavioral plans as directed.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA interventions to clients in clinic, home, and community.
• Write progress notes and collect data under supervision.
• Observe client progress and help update treatment goals with BCBA.
• Collaborate with clinical team and families to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of billable tasks.
