Job summary

Wall Residences, Inc. in Christiansburg, VA is hiring full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality ABA interventions under BCBA supervision. Training will be provided to become an RBT if not yet credentialed, with work across clinic, home, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Must possess a current RBT credential or complete training within 6 months of hire.
• Must travel to client homes and community settings.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs to increase social-communicative and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
• Write progress notes and maintain client data and graphs under supervision.
• Observe client skills and collect data as directed by the Clinical Supervisor to inform goals.
• Create program materials as directed by the Clinical Supervisor.
• Assist in updating client programs as directed by Clinical Supervisor.
• Participate in weekly supervision and team meetings with Clinical Supervisor.
• Support and coach parents/caregivers in behavior management strategies.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to meet client goals and maintain communication.
• Participate in progress and ISP review meetings with the clinical team.
• Maintain and submit accurate documentation of billable tasks.
