Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to help children reach their potential through high-quality ABA therapy in home and community settings.

You will work with a BCBA supervisor and use Rethink software to collect data, report progress, and maintain accurate records for each client. Competitive hourly pay, benefits for full-time staff, and ongoing training opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred or in progress.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition using Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts to ensure timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records.
