Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to support children and individuals with developmental disabilities through ABA-based interventions.

You will work in person with supervision from a BCBA, collect data, and help clients develop social, communication, and daily living skills, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and collaborating with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA techniques and interventions.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation.
• Strong patient care principles and privacy compliance.
• Background in special education or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress towards goals.
• Assist in assessments and intake processes to gather information.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation and records.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals for holistic care.
• Participate in trainings and develop skills in behavioral health and education.
• Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills.
