Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy in Greensboro, NC is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work with children and individuals with developmental disabilities using ABA techniques. You will implement plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and support progress toward goals in person.

Candidates should have RBT certification, experience with pediatric populations, HIPAA awareness, and strong communication to collaborate with families and educators.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA and behavior therapy approaches.
• Familiarity with HIPAA documentation and records management.
• Experience caring for children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication with clients, families and team.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide direct support to children and individuals in various settings.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress toward goals.
• Assist in patient assessments and intake processes to gather relevant information.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and HIPAA-compliant records.
• Collaborate with families, educators and professionals for holistic care.
• Participate in training to improve skills in behavioral health and education.
• Support clients in developing social, communication and daily living skills.
