Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy in Fayetteville, NC seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, implementing ABA-based interventions under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, assist in assessments, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, collaborate with families and professionals, and support clients in social, communication, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, particularly ABA.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation, and records management.
• Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices.
• Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and team members.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA standards.
• A background in special education or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities in various settings.
