Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, one-to-one ABA services to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, follow an individualized treatment plan, and help each client build meaningful skills in home, school, clinic, or community settings.

Responsibilities include delivering direct services, collecting data, completing session notes, and communicating professionally with caregivers and staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or related field is helpful.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned service locations.
• Ability to work the schedule listed in the posting and perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in the setting identified for the assigned case (home, school, clinic, or community).
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete clear, timely session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
