Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism and related developmental disabilities. This part-time role offers mentorship, career growth, and hands-on training in ABA, with opportunities to transition to full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 in home, school, or community settings, implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to help clients learn and thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, move from sitting to standing unassisted and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensuresuccess.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional developmentsessions.
