Job summary

PBS Corp. seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Join a team dedicated to improving lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical staff to ensure success. Travel locally may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
