Action Behavior Centers in Arlington Heights, IL seeks a Full-Time Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect data, and help kids learn through play and activities.

Qualifications

• Must have Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification.
• 18 years or older and high school diploma required.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and active pace during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.
