Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician in Naperville, IL. You will work with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, under the guidance of a certified team. Immediate openings with predictable day schedules and growth opportunities across ABC clinics.

You’ll complete paid RBT training, enjoy growth into leadership roles, and benefit from comprehensive health coverage and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required; higher degrees welcomed.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to maintain an active pace with young children.
• Willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Teamwork and flexibility to support multiple ABC clinics.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children 18 months to 8 years.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading, games and activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow.
