Job summary

Heartland ABA in Waterloo, IA seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community locations. You will work as part of a clinical team to implement skill-building plans and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
