Job summary

Heartland ABA in Indianola, IA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our clinical team. You’ll provide one-on-one ABA services, support independence, and track progress with families.

All positions start part-time with paid training and same-day pay. You’ll work under a robust clinical team, enjoy flexible scheduling, and have opportunities to advance as you gain experience in the thriving ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Join clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
