Heartland ABA in Waterloo, IA is seeking a Behavior Support & Life Skills Specialist (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions.

No experience? No problem—paid training is provided. These are part-time roles with same-day pay, a supportive clinical team, and opportunities for fellowship and internship hours to accumulate supervised experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and help children with Autism.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
