Job summary

Heartland ABA is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Waterloo, Iowa. As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, support their independence and positive behavior, and work collaboratively as part of our clinical team. Ideal candidates are passionate about making a difference for children with Autism and willing to learn.

This part-time position allows for flexible scheduling and competitive pay, along with career advancement opportunities through partnerships with BCBA schooling programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities
