Heartland ABA is hiring for a Behavior Support & Life Skills Specialist (RBT) in Waterloo, IA. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, working with our clinical team to implement skill-building plans and track progress.

Paid training is provided and there is opportunity for growth within the ABA field. Ideal candidates have a High school diploma, are committed to making a difference for children with Autism, and hold an RBT certification before starting.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients to support independence and positive behavior.
• Work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
