Ivy Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support our ABA program, documentation, billing, interventions, and family education under a BCBA supervision. You will help children and families learn new skills through proven therapy approaches.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year ABA technician experience, an RBT cert, and excellent communication. Join a mission-driven pediatric team delivering comprehensive therapy across physical, occupational, speech, and ABA services.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of ABA Technician experience
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload
• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience
• Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations
