Ivy Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our pediatric ABA program. You will assist with documentation, billing, treatments and interventions under the direction of a licensed BCBA to support children and families learning new skills.

Work with clinicians to deliver effective therapy for autism and communicate professionally with teammates, families, and patients in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• 1+ years of ABA technician experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, billing, treatments and interventions under BCBA supervision.
• Support clinicians and help children and families learn new skills and techniques for autism therapy.
• Communicate effectively with teammates, families and patients and build professional relationships.
