Job summary

Ivy Rehab Network seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA program. You will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under a BCBA, helping children and families learn new skills with evidence-based therapy.

You will support clinicians, communicate effectively with teammates, families, and patients, and contribute to a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment that values authentic care for every patient.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• At least 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis technician experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations.
